The location of the hotel is fantastic, as it offers great access to the city center and beautiful views of the lake. The lunch we had was incredible, with delicious food and a warm welcome from the staff in the restaurant. the upgrade fee for the balcony lake view was completely worth it and we enjoyed it very much.

Sadly, the unfriendly and unprofessional behavior of some staff members could have ruined our experience. They seemed to be easily offended and made us feel unwelcome at certain times.
